Youth Barbell Strength Club
We have recently started running some youth strength and weightlifting sessions for young people aged 14-17. These sessions are designed to help young athletes improve their strength and power, as well as their knowledge of some of the more technical lifts- the snatch and the clean and jerk. These sessions will run every Thursday from 4-5pm.
You do not need to be a member of the gym or have completed one of our programmes to be able to attend these sessions, however young people who have completed one of our programmes will be able to access these sessions for free. For other young people, these sessions will be £5 each and you can book now by clicking on the session on the timetable below.
