Absolutely! Our classes cater for all abilities. Our experienced coaches are fantastic at making everyone feel comfortable, no matter their fitness level. They have a wealth of experience working with people at all stages of their fitness journey, so they’ll be able to guide you through the exercises and help you modify them to suit your abilities. How do I book a class?

We use “TeamUp” for all of our class bookings. You will need to create an account first, then you can book on.

If you’re new to FMG, you can claim 2 free classes here.

Should I arrive early?

It’s a good idea to arrive at least 5 minutes before the class starts so that you can get ready, fill up your water bottle and make sure you don’t miss the coaches briefing.

What other facilities are at the gym?

We have 6 toilets, including 1 accessible bathroom with a shower.

We also have a cafe area where you can purchase protein bars, energy bars and drinks. There is a tap to fill up your water bottle and a safe space to leave your belongings.
